Preparing For Your Vaginal Birth After Cesarean - VBAC
1719 East 19th Ave Denver, CO 80218

This one-time three hour class covers the risks and benefits of a vaginal birth after Cesarean section (VBAC) and elective repeat Cesarean birth. We will provide you with non-biased information and current statistics to help you make informed decisions (with the help of your physician) as you plan for the birth of your baby. A brief overview of the stages of labor, comfort techniques and medical interventions will also be included.

We strongly recommend this class be taken in conjunction with the Childbirth Express class for a good overview of childbirth and Comfort Essentials class for more practice with labor support, labor positions and relaxation techniques for the best chance at a VBAC delivery.

The cost for this event is $40.00.

The event will be held at Presbyterian St Lukes Medical Center - Long's Peak Room located at 1719 East 19th Ave, Denver, CO 80218. Class will be held in Long's Peak Room, 12th Floor, A Tower; take the elevators to the 11th floor go through the double doors, there is a door to your right that says it has an alarm on it. Go through this door and up the stairs. Take the stairs all the way up and the door to the room is on your right.
